Digital Access
Digital Citizenship uses appropriate technology use for oneself as well as that of society(Independent Institute of Education, 2017) and (Ribble, 2017) . It has 9 elements and 5 fluencies (Independent Institute of Education, 2017, pp. 18-19) and (Ribble, 2017) . Digital Access is 1 of the 9 elements. The poor digital access in South Africa makes technology adoption hard. Therefore this digital access amongst students will be evaluated with a survey. The survey’s answers will be analysed as a Google spreadsheet. Graphs will be drawn from this Google spreadsheet data to show some observations.
